Join myself and 4 other wonderful energy workers as we hold space for a rose-infused cacao ceremony designed to bring warmth, softness and gentle heart connection as winter begins to soften.

February marks a natural thaw, a moment when the body and heart start to relax after the inwardness of winter. In this three-hour ceremony, we work with cacao and rose as complementary heart allies, supporting presence, self-connection and deep rest.

Through ritual, mantra, guided meditation and Reiki, you are invited to slow down, warm from within and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, nurturing space.

No prior experience with cacao, reiki or meditation is needed. Cacao is a heart medicine that brings warmth, presence and connection. Rose works more subtly — softening, protecting and gently opening the heart. Together, cacao and rose do not push the heart open. They invite it to relax.
